What actually changed.
Real firms. Real results. Described in language that means something.
The Established.
The situation
The firm had been in business for over 40 years. The expertise, the track record, the high calibre of work were all there. But after a rebrand, something was off. The new look felt more like a startup testing its identity than a firm with 4 decades behind it. The people they were trying to attract weren't seeing what the firm actually was. The perception and the reality had come apart..
What we did
We started at the beginning. Sat with the marketing team to understand the vision behind the rebrand and got involved in shaping how it should actually land. From there we built a content and social strategy from the ground up, one that matched the rebrand, reflected the firm's real standing, and was approved by the partners before anything went live. We rolled it out phase by phase. New services were introduced deliberately. Events were used strategically. Each stage built on the last so the market's understanding of the firm evolved alongside the firm itself.
What changed
The right people started paying attention. Profile views from higher calibre contacts. New conversations with the kind of firms they actually wanted to work with. The perception of the practice changed. From a firm that looked new and unclear, to one that finally looked like what it had always been. Established. Credible. Worth taking seriously.
The market stopped seeing a firm that looked like it was finding its feet. They started seeing one that knew exactly who it was, shortening its sales cycle.
Visible. Just to the wrong people, for the wrong reasons.
The situation
The expertise was real. The track record was strong. But the perception was not matching her actual authority. The speaking opportunities she had been chasing were not coming to fruition .
What we did
We reworked her positioning entirely. Got specific about who needed to see her and what they needed to understand when they did. Gave her the tools for content creation and the strategy. She ran with it.
What changed
A week later after implementation she was offered a speaking opportunity she had been chasing. The right people had started seeing the right version of her. And they acted on it.
1 week. The opportunity she had been chasing came to her.
Everything that made him the obvious choice was buried.
The situation
The credibility was all there. The results, the track record, the specific way he worked. None of it was visible enough to do its job. He was being overlooked by people who would have chosen him immediately.
What we did
We pulled what made him genuinely credible to the surface. Storytelling that sounded like him. Content that led with what mattered most. 30 to 60 minutes a month from him. We did the translation.
What changed
Clients started competing for him. Not the other way around.Bigger contracts on the table in boardrooms he didnt realise he was known before he walked in.
Clients competing for him like it was tug of war. Overwhelming amount of opportunities meant his time was stretched. Time to hire!
